• Provide diagnosis guidance and related app features.
• Generate speech output and transcriptions when requested.

3. Third-Party Processors

Depending on feature usage, data may be processed by AI, speech, translation, hosting, analytics, or payment providers integrated by Dokotala. For some languages, the text you choose to translate may be sent to a translation provider (such as Google Cloud Translation) solely to return the translation; it is not used to build a profile of you.

4. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for functionality, security, legal, and operational purposes. Logs and telemetry are retained for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

We apply technical and operational controls to protect data, including encryption in transit, input validation, and access restrictions.
